How to lose flabby stomach.?

Hello! Im 22 years old, thick sista with curves. im proud of my thickness except for one thing, i want a slimmer stomach!!! thats it! im happy with everything except the flabby stomach, any tips on how to work on this?? maybe lose a few inches from my stomach?? any tips would be great! thanks.

  1. I hate to say it, but, crunches and ab workouts. And dairy helps too. Eat low-fat dairy products.

  4. Organic yougurt, mixed with grape-nuts, 1/4 banana, and some water is a perfect breakfast. Run .8 miles twice a day, in the morn and late afternoon. Start small, and walk at first Lots of veggies and fruits and water. Do 50 push ups and at least 5 pullups on the bar. No chocolate or junkies!
  5. You have to do cardio. You cant do crunches and get a flat stomach without proper diet and cardiovascular exercises. You can tone your abs through crunches, but there will still be a layer of fat above the muscle if you dont do cardio.
  6. I was told to wrap your entire stomach with suranwrap while working up a sweat but make sure you stay hydrated and this means jogging or walking fast whatever you do that makes you work up a sweat and since the stomach will not beable to breath it will burn it off. I am a very small girl but had three kids which left me with a lot of extra flabby skin on my stomach and its not a sight to see. And I am going to start trying it myself. And I have herd this from plenty of people. Some of them even told me they did it and it worked. The others said they herd it and they are going to try it to. But also make sure you do stomach crunches and ab workouts. It will help and probably even do the transfer a little faster too.
