Can anyone tell me how to lose like 7 inches in your waist in about a week?

  6. Oh honey, no way. Let me break it down for ya. 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat. There is no way to lose that much in a week. I would recommend cutting 1000 calories a day. This will result in around 2 pounds lost a week if you do a little physical activity every day. I would actually want you to start by cutting 500 calories for the first two days, then raise it. Drink a LOT of water. Don't overdo it though. A little less than a gallon of water a day should do it. But weight loss is a long process, one week won't do it. Also, belly fat is the last thing that you'll be able to lose. Any more questions ask me.

Well you cant really lose 7 inches of fat around ur waist in just a week. but i mean you could try to do about 50 crunches a day, if not, do crunches until ur stomach area hurts a lot. also do sit ups sideways too, do as many as you can. after that u can also do legs ups it he;ps with ur upper stomach area and mid area. after a while u can do about 2-3 sets of that. make sure you dont pressure yourself, u'll only hurt yourself and not lose any fat too. do this rutine for 2 days and on the third day, increase it. exercise for ATLEAST 20 minutes a day, at most about an hour. but i would have to say u might only lose about 2-3 inches of fat around ur waist in a week. u have to put ur effor into it. sorry but i guess thats the highest it cant go. your body cant just gain 10 pounds all of sudden and lose another 15 pounds by doing 10 sit ups. it takes time. do this routnine for a month ATLEAST. it should work. and also try jogging at night, jogging doesnt just help ur stomach, it helps ur whole body and is good for ur heart. Good luck! =] P.S...drink green tea too, its very healthy, boosts metabolism and can also make u lose fat; cut about 1000 calories a day. and make sure u get enough nutrition.

  9. Not even liposuction or corsetry could achieve that, sorry. Try to be more realistic, perhaps you can lose 1/2 an inch.
