What are some good and quick exercises to help me lose a couple of pounds?
I would like to lose about 2 inches off my waist and about 2-3 inches off my hips. What are some exercises that will give me PROMISING results? I only have about a month and a half to do so, however, I cannot devote a lot of time a day to exercising. A good 10-15, maybe 20 minute per day exercise plan would be great. Thanks in advance.

- If you only have a month. Best is to lay off the fluids and whatever soaks up the fluids. So less carbs. You can still eat them just less. And make sure you're eating normal portions, not the ones in the restaurants. Best exercises to burn are cardio burning routines. Swimming, running, cardio-dance, I think cross country skiing is a good one too. You may build a little muscle first but you'll slim in the right places.
- to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals. Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit. Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit. no eating after 7pm !! do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed. Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight. P.S. American Whey protein is also good for a replacement meal. Good taste and goes down smoothly.
