k... i am a 13 year old girl and i have like lease then 2 months too lose weight for a dance.. give me a good dieght plan i can mantain ( with school too) i also whant to lose weight by the 2nd of july... for a vacation.... k... my school lunch is like really grosse and i weigh like 220.... i need something really easy to mantain at (school)

  2. well..u are 13 years old so u really shouldnt be dieting. But drink lots of skim milk..it helps shrink the waist line. Eat 3 tablespoons of peanut butter a day(spoon fulls)but no more than that. Dont eat any fast food. Drink lots of water and eat veggies and fruits. Stay away from sugar and take long walks or runs. Pretty much...eat healthy and exercise! Good Luck!

  4. At 13 you still have a little puppy fat ..cut aout all junk food, coke cans of anything and keep it natural ask Mum to support you in this. We all like to look nice however as you are still growing its important you have the right nutrition to help support you as you get older. 3 veg 3 fruit milk 3 breads ie breads equal cereal biscuit cake potatoe peas pumpkin Kumra corn pizza potatoe chips etc. usually this is the are people over indulge in without knowing. Aerobic exercise is the best form of excercise and dance the best form of this
  5. hm ... well don`t EVER starve yourself, cause that WON'T work. have a healthy diet, and eat lots of fruits, vegetables, dairy products, meat, and etc. just balance your meal out and at least eat lots of nutritions and vitamins. also, try to cut off candies, junk food, soda, and any sugary substances from candies that aren't healthy. you can it eat once a while, but not a lot. also, exercise for at least 45 minutes, 1 hour, or more each day. run, jog, walk, stretch, dance, or any physical activites each day. and drink lots of water.
  6. Wah... 13 years old under dieting, ok try to avoid eating oily stuff,chocolates and heavy cheese toping pizzas. Then prepare healthy food time table like skimmed milk,fruit juices,vegetable salads etc.and do regular walks and drink lots water. try this regularly see the result.All the best.

Exercise: Do you have an XBox or Playstation? If yes, then get the game Dance Dance Revolution. You'll be playing a video game that you have to operate with your feet instead of a console that basically makes you dance.   10. Ok, see if your mom will go out to Walmarts or target and buy you Walk Away the Pounds. I had my second baby 3 months ago and dropped about 20 pounds. Make sure you are not drinking pop because that will put on the weight. If you can't buy walk away the pounds (2 mile dvd) then you need to just start going for fast pace walks that last for like 45 minutes. If you do this, and drink a lot of water and watch what you eat then you will drop weight. When I say watch what you eat I just mean try to eat bread that is whole wheat instead of white bread. Stay away from chips and fast food. Do not starve yourself. Just whenever you feel the urge to snack on something, grab a fruit. If you get in that habit then it will not be so hard to give up bad foods. If you don't want to do walking routines then there are some dance routines as well. I don't know how well they work but walking has worked for me. I have lost a lot of weight in my butt and legs and kept it off my stomache. Goodluck.
  11. exercise is key!! get up and get moving...do anything......jumproping is effective and cheap. also i suggest....no soda! ever..its destructive. avoid fast food restaurants. drink lots of water and eat planty of veggies.... i suggest V8 100% vegetable juice with all your meals.
