Lose weight?

I know loads and loads of people have been asking about this thing and manny people have answered the questions but it doesnt really work for me. I need to lose weight. Not that much but I want to. I'm 57kg and I want to be about 53kg. How can I lose weight safely and doesn't take time until months. I also want to make my thighs smaller. Is that possible?

  1. The only thing you can do is, eat healthy, eat smaller portions, drink LOTS of water, and exercise. There is no magic way of losing weight. You either try and work at it, or you don't. I am working at it right now, and it will take months for me, but I would rather be thinner in months than be bigger than I am now.
