Lose weight?
Hello, my name is Elizabeth and I'm 168 pounds! (5'7''). I have a small bust - and I'm looking to lose weight in a safe way (if you send me ads for "Hoodia" or another stupid diet I will ignore). I am trying to lose weight but I can't resist food at all or eat in moderation! I've been getting an hour to an hour and a half of exercise everyday so I'm on the right track, but how can I stop eating too much?

- i know how you feel and it takes alot of determination and will power to keep on track and not eat foods that arent good for you or healthy.. but you could try buying yourself a really nice outfit or something thats a size or a few sizes smaller then you are currently.. put it somewhere where you will see it everyday and maybe that will give you will power to stay on the right track and fit into in soon
- There are alternatives to foods that you love you don't have to completely cut them out of your diet. Some alternatives are Lean Cusine meals...they are delicious and healthy too. Other alternatives are websites like Jenny Craig because they have healthy recipes so you don't have to buy their food...because that can get expensive. Also eat things in moderation instead of having a whole piece of cheesecake you can maybe cut back to 1/4 of a piece. If you want to lose weight you need to have will power and dicipline. You will get in return however much effort you put into it! Hope these tips help you hun!

Therefore, when you think about going to the kitchen for a fattening snack, treat yourself to some fun instead. Call a friend. Go for a walk. Paint your toenails. Find ways to occupy your mind and break bad habits. By identifying your weak moments, you may be able to ward them off before they strike. Learn the triggers and make a plan to follow when you encounter them. Replace bad snacks with good ones. Buy fruits instead of Twinkies and whole grain baked snacks instead of chips. They are more filling and better for you. Best of luck and think about eating to live, not living to eat.
- one of the things i saw on TV is the part where they say eating every after 3 or 4 hours of small meals works on losing weight because it fills your stomache so that you wont feel hungry. And also the suggestion before this... the one writing what you eat and how you feel when you're craving it.
