How can I go down dress sizes quickly?

I don't have the time to diet because I go to school full time and work full time. I am a size 18 and i am 5 81/2 inches. I want to be a size 10 by a least february. What can I do besides the gym to lose those inches? PLEASE DONT MENTION EXERCISE. I HAVE NO TIME! Thank you

  1. Do the Atkins diet, but buy the book so that you do it right. Find ways to put walking and stair climbing into your daily routine since you don't have time for the gym.
  2. LOL, for someone who claims the title "voice of reason", you should KNOW then that what you're looking to do is unrealistic. The ONLY way you're going to do what you propose is by MAKING the time to exercise and eat right. You MUST establish a DEFICIT by taking in FEWER calories than you consume. PERIOD. There *IS* no other way.
