i am 14, i weigh 127 i am only 5'2 i want to get down to about 105. 110 is the most i want to weigh. basically.. by xmas i want to be at that weight i always work-out, but i think that is making too much muscle. i want a flat stomache. like this: http://www.paris-hilton-h... [ like paris hilton. im more like nicole richie skinny.. i wanna be like paris hilton, not nicole. ] My stomach right now is pretty toned by the ribs, and the side. but i have like all the fat in one area. mostly 1-2 inches out from my belly button. i wanna loose that fat, and get a really good, inshape, but not too toned body. what can i do to really lose ALOT of weight, really quickly. i am basically depressed because in my genes, i am skinny up until im 8 then i start gaining weight. i lost so much fat since last year. my friends say im normal, and that im skinnier than them. but i really want to lose the fat, so that [ I ] think i look good! anyways to lose 5 lbs in a week, or things like that r great, too
