my stats are as follows chest: 34" waist: 28" hips: 37" thighs 22" calves: 15" belly: 30" i am so fat and i really want to lose all these extra inches off my body. what are some good measurements for a 5'2.5" tall girl(16.5 years old) what can i do to lose all this extra weight? please help

- ok, for your chest, u need to do pushups, well this is how u do the specific push ups, go in 2 regular push up position and then put ur thums where ur pinkys were. so u will hav ur arms spread out a lil farther than they were. for your waist and belly you need 2 do situps lyk crazy probalby about 30 a nite and 20 pushups a nite. 4 ur thighs do stair steppers. go 2 te bottom stair if u hav stairs and if not get a chair and step up with one foot then the other up then put the other foot down. going ovr and ovr again this will also help ur calves. the hips i rele dont noe but do all htese exercises and u will lose waight. and also 2 help ur calves run around the block 2 times a day.
- so you want to lose ~25lbs? exercise and watch what you eat. when i was that age my stats were 36-25-36 @ 5"1, 110. you can start with not eating junk/fast food, sodas, and candies. start going for a morning walk/jog before you go to school and also in the evening. your stats are similar to my stats now, and i don't have a problem with my looks--and guys/girls sure as hell don't either
- You are still going through puberty. You are not going to know your exact size until puberty is finished. Have you tried diet and exercise? You can still enjoy all of the foods that you love, just do it in moderation. Portion control is key. You should be exercising at least 3 times a week for about an hour to an hour and a half a day. Cardio is important. If there are any school sport activities you are interested in, join one of them....any exercise you can add to your daily life will benefit you in SO many ways. Stay away from the fast foods, as much as possible. Don't try any fad diets or diet pills. They are dangerous and can cause many health problems, and you will more than likely to gain the weight back.I am sure that you are a beautiful person just the way you are, but if you want to lose some weight, do it gradually, the healthy way.
- Stop asking the Internet and talk to people IRL! Are you still at school? Ask a teacher what to eat! Forget exercising till your eating right.. that's a start.
- Hey some of you kids on here can really be un kind. I am a 36 year old mom and will tell you that diet has nothing to do with it....We have so many foods that are fake, with lots of junk in them and the body reacts to all that junk with illness.
