Body Wraps?
I want to lose a quick few inches for a wedding. I've heard that body wraps are a quick and easy way to lose inches fast. I understand that they do not take away the inches forever, but just need to keep off the inches for two days. Do you know what body wrap I should go with. There are mud wraps, europeans wraps, etc...what works best? Also,are there advantages to going to a Spa for the services verses buying home kits? What works best?
