How do I lose inches around my hips/butt area FAST?
All of us have different body types and consequently distribute weight differently. I carry the bulk of my weight only in my butt/thigh area. I am a tall and thin girl, so it has a tendency to make me look off balanced with the rest of my body. I have an incredibly high metabolism and have had no success gaining any upper body weight to really balance it out, but i've had no success trying to slim and tone the lower half either. I've tried jogging, eliptical, diets. What's the best way to drop a pants size? is it just genetics?

- The cheap way is to use saran wrap around the area you want to shed from while you are working out. CAUTION!!! This stuff does not breathe and if you wear it too long (longer than 45 min) your skin does not get air and it could be dangerous, but I did it so much during track season it was crazy! The other option is to get a plastic workout pants and wear them under sweats while working out. This is just a quick fix and my not give you long term results. You were made the way you are and you should be proud of it no matter how awkward you look...
