  2. The way not to do it is starve yourself, to start with. Just exercise and eat right. I did....lost 90 LBS because of it. Starving yourself won't help at all. Drink more water, eat less before bed, and don't eat for stress are the 3 things I follow and i'm going pretty well if i don't say myself. 90 LBS isn't anything like 5-10lbs so take my advice.   3. Don't drink Soda. Drink Water or water drinks. Sugar is the kicker here. The less sugar the better. Don't eat out! It is the number one cause of fat! Just go to the store and buy Healthy Choice meals and take them with you to work. Excersize when you get the chance. Start it out slow then work your butt off. (your suppose to go to the dr before you start a fitness plan) You can do it. Believe in yourself!

  5. get a bench with the butterfly, bench press and leg curls start off with 3 sets of 8 reps of the butterfly, on whatever weight you can manage, 30 sec rest, 2 sets of 10 bench presses, 30 sec rest, then 3 sets of 6 leg curls. Steadily increase the number of reps and weight as you feel yourself getting too used to it (routine is bad in exercise, you need to be constantly pushing yourself) do these EVERY OTHER DAY NOT EVERYDAY OR YOU WILL OVERWORK. when its not a day to do this, consider a spin class, swimming, jogging or something you are interested in. Eat 6 small meals a day, mostly high-fibre, high-protein and lower saturated fat. Aim for your 5 a day if you can. snack on carrot sticks and celery sticks and NO energy drinks, they are full to the brim with sugar, water is fine and fruit juice (not from concentrate) drink tons of water!
  6. Strict died. Exercise 1-2 hours a day every day.
