How to lose inches


starting a new Job could i possibly continue my weightloss?

i start working at my new Job starting next monday, now the Job starts at 6am - 2pm i will be working in the back for recieving so i will be handeling boxes and stuff like that and i will be on my feet at all times. now i walk about 2.5-3.5 miles a day every morning around 9am everyday and well it's the second month since i started walking and i have lost alot of inches off my body and i am really happy, now i won't have time to walk in the morning as i start working at 6am but i was thinking of walking after dinner maybe around 7 pm or so if i'm not to tired, but is it possible that with this Job being at my feet at all times going here and going there placing the merchandise and just lifitng boxes i dont' think that heavy though i could still lose weight?

  1. Absolutely, first, make sure you are planning your food. That was the hardest part of me..with getting up so early. Don't skip breakfast as if you do your metabolism shuts down. ( I bought some breakfast bars..high in protein and fiber) Shop each weekend for quick healthy snack...my favorite stand by are grapes, carrots and 60 calorie pudding cups Next, get one of those step counters. Count the steps you take at work and then walk at night (Right after work if possible so time doesn't get away from you) to make up for the steps you didn't get in (On average, although it depend on your stride, a mile is = 2000 steps.) Oh and resist the food in the breakroom...it can be hard at times. Good luck...

  3. Instead of eating on the go , take you a healthy lunch from home. I would continue walking when you get off of work , do it as soon as you get off so that you don't get home and find excuses . decrease in calorie intake + cardio workout = weightloss and yes with you lifting boxes all day long , you will build muscle which burns fat. this site might help you. www.lose9lbsevery11days.com Good Luck With Your New Job
