Someone help?
I am 16 I want to lose weight and inches off my body. I am really overweight I need/want to lose 100lbs. If I don't see results soon I will not stick to what I am doing. So I just need a plan, please dont tell me weight watchers that is not an option, that will help me lose weight. I don't really eat alot of meat. I tend to eat at night. Umm I have a tony little gazelle and a treadmill and pilates tapes. So yeah, help?

- Good for you. Here's how I did it. First, I stopped listening to everyone else because even though my plan worked everyone was always shooting holes in it. The main goal of what I did was simple, eat less calories than I burned every day and guess what, I lost weight! For breakfast I ate an oatmeal bar, for lunch a sandwich, apple, carrots, pretzels, and small cup of pudding. For dinner I bought a bunch of those healthy choice, weight watchers, meals you have in the frozen food section, whatever was on sale, and ate those for dinner. With a salad and Italian dressing, a slice of bread and lots of water. One day I calculated it and it was about 1,800 calories a day. In the beginning I was hungry all the time. But then the weight came off, fast at first then only 2-3 pounds a week. Now it's been about 2-3 months of eating the same thing and I've lost over 30 pounds. I don't think you have to eat exactly what I did, but make a daily plan and figure out how many calories in all that and keep it to around 1,800 and I'm guessing you will lose weight. I don't belong to any health clubs or diet clubs or anything like that, I think that's a racket. Good luck, you can do it if you really, really want to. People are a lot stronger than they think they are, so go to it!
- If you really want to lose weight,then eat small meals,about 5-6 well balanced meals a day.Drink plenty of water,6-8 glasses a day. And most of all exercise,get active,walk every where.Please don't listen to people who say eat less,because this is rubbish.the less you eat the longer it will take for your body to get rid of the fat.
