Pre workout meal ?
I want to lose some inches off my body.I'm 18 , 5 ft 4" , weigh around 130 lbs.I am planning on going for a morning walk ( everyday for 20 minutes for a start thn gradually add up until I can do 45 minutes , around 6:30 am ). I was just wondering what kind of foods or drinks I could have right before I go for a walk ! we don't have any kinds of sports drink here so I can't have that. How about a glass of skimmed milk ? or lemonade ? or a banana maybe..Just so I don't faint while walking and have some energy ! P.S : Those who can't answer my question , please don't bother to reply.I don't need to hear any of your stupid crap.I just need some nice and useful advice from nice and helping people !

- If you have any kind of sports bars available, that would be great. If not, a banana is perfect! They give you energy without weighing you down. And they have lots of great nutrients.
- carbs before workout protien after workout
- none. water. when you exercise in the morning to burn fat you do not want any calories. you want to burn off your excess blood sugar and glycogen and get into an aerobic state to maximize fat burning...your not going to faint and once you go aerobic you will have more energy than if you made your body try to digest anything while exercising at the same time
- Usually I'll have some water and either a banana, apple, or orange. Definitely have water though and not something else. Exercising is a good way to get in all the water you need in a day and it'll help you lose the weight quicker. Probably the most substantial thing to help increase blood sugar, fill you up, and not put on too much weight is a banana. At least, thats been my experience.
