how can i lose an inch off of my waiste without going to a gym everyday?
i start school in a couple of weeks and i also have work, and i dont have time to go to a gym...i would like to have a better body so i feel better about myself..can anyone help me out?

- If you can not go to gym. you need to start doing sit-ups at home. 10 minutes sit-ups can help you loose about 5 pounds a month... All the best
- I know it sounds grose, but you should get a sweat band, and put it around your wasiste line, and jsut jump rope, cause believe it or not, sweat helps you loose weight!
- Work out at home. There are too many different exercises you can do without the equipment at a gym.
- Pure and simple and I tell this to a lot of my patients. If you burn off naturally or by exercising more calories than you take in, you're going to lose weight. You don't have to goto the gym you just have to stay active and keep your body moving. If you don't exercise and keep a count on your intake of calories it will be next to impossible to lose any weight at all.
- learn to eat better. 80% of why you look the way you do as far as excess body fat is concerned is directly because of what you feed yourself. a lot of people may think they are eating healthy but in truth its not a easy as you think. there are many marketing companies scamming you into buying their food products under the guise that they are healthy when they truly aren't. books often can be your best friend in teaching you how to feed yourself properly. some of my favorites include, the abs diet for women by david zinczenko, the eat clean diet by tosca reno and eating for life by bill phillips. not a single one of these books is about dieting in the sense that most people know it in (i.e the atkins diet, the south beach diet...ect) these books teach you what to eat and when to eat it without cutting food groups or drastically cutting calories.
- 15 minutes a day is all it takes. Park 5 minutes walk away from work and walk that distance, or better yet, cycle to work. Take the stairs instead of the elevator. You dont need to make huge changes, simply make little changes and slowly over time you'll see results.

- Losing stomach fat has a lot to do with your diet mostly. Eating more lean protein and complex carbs, and drink plenty of water helps a lot.
