- body wraps only remove water by causing you to sweat heavily. it will come back.
- I heard that all it removes is water weight. You gain it back quickly. I don't think it is worth spending the money. Celebrities get these done before big events so they look skinnier.
- They will help you lose inches in that they help you sweat out excess water, not like in losing inches by losing fat and replacing with muscle. This can only be done with exercise.
- Most of it is BS.
- Body wraps can temporarily cause weight and inch loss, but overall, its basically water weight, which isn't true fat loss, and is super easy to gain back (and lose, for that matter, its the first thing to go!)
- There is no such thing a "legit" quick fix.

- supposedly they do. idk i guess your supposed to do it for like everyday for a month to see results. my mom did it one day and there really wasnt any difference. and she told me that [or atleast the place she went] they rap you up and put you on a tredmeal infront of a tv. doesnt really sound that great!
