Is is possible to lose 2 inches off thighs in 2 1/2 weeks?
I don't know if this is even possible, but I wanted to see if it was if I completely eat healthy and work out and do weight training as well. I already know all about nutrition and eating right and how there is no "quick fix", but I just wanted to know if i work hard enough, how much I can expect to see come off of my thighs. I know that you can't spot reduce either and you have to lower your body fat percentage all over, but can someone give me a rough estimate? I am also on a cleansing for 3 days.

- yea it called lots of cardio, Walking not jogging, jogging works on the heart. Walking makes you lose weight. Good luck. oh yea try not to eat to much bad food.
- it depends on your current weight and fitness plan now. IF you already eat healthy and exercise regularly now, it will be harder to lose the inches and weight. BUT if you are overweight now, it will be easier. It has been proven more overweight people can lose weight faster. I know you probably know, but do this the healthy way and dont over do it. Too much exercise will give you knee anmd back problems that arent worth the 2 inches. Good luck!

- Most definetly NOT. That is a lot of fat to lose and fat is the hardest to lose. Even if you do some cleansing diet, you might lose 10 pounds but only 3 of them will be from fat. Two inches off your thighs would be at least 30 pounds of weight to lose.
- Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals. Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day. U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
