I need to lose about 4 inches off of my waist by the 1st of july whats the quickest way?
I need to be able to qualify for the us army , they have strict standards for body fat and if i lose about 4 inches i'll be good to go. please, anybody i'm desperate!

- 500 sit ups a day. 100 pushups a day. 1 hour of jogging a day. That should do it. Good luck. Also,eat EXTRA healthy, but don't starve yourself.
- dont worry man.....u hav got ample time!!!! al u hav to do start workin in gym...n more than dat walk a lot..... da more u sweat da more u gonna lose ur weight!!!
- jog A LOT!!!!!!!! do ltos and los of sit-ups! sit ups really help cuase you have to use your stomach muscles so the more you use.the more you gain! good luck!
- go to a gym get a balanced set of weights and a nutrition program and stop going to mcdonalds and other bad places to eat start by eating subway instead
- u really need to watch what u eat and eat low calorie meals or subs from subways. Go joggin for 3-5 times a week. Sign up for a gym membership also.
- Eat a bunch of doughnuts.
- do a lot of crunches like 200 every night and dont eat trans fats or fries or things like that, do some cardio too because it sheds off pounds quickly. good luck =]
