How to lose inches


i need to know what to do to lose inches off my waist!?

i am kinda chubby, i gained some weight this winter! i started doing some crunches. and i wanted to knw what can i eat to get my body fit once again! btu i need thigns i am able to go at the house becuase i work and ahve too kids and whenever i am off my wife works. so i wanted to know if there is anything i can do eat,drink or take. plz help!!! i am 6'1 weight 215 LBS or email me!!!

  1. Walk for 30-45 minutes a day. Take the kids with you. They can walk with you if they are old enough, or push them in a stroller if they are little ones. Watch your calories, eat sensible. The best thing you can do for your kids is to teach them to eat healthy as well. If you are home with them during the day while your wife works, you can all eat healthy meals and exercise together. Make it fun for all of you.
