How to lose inches


Can I lose about an inch off of my body by February with this lifestyle?

Hey guys, thanks in advance. Okay, so I'm aiming for losing about an inch off of my body by February, particularly my belly and chest. So, for more inforamtion: I play soccer for about 20 minutes per day (In Gym class), lift weights and do crunches every other day, and daily I run on an olyptical trainer for 30ish minutes. For meals, I generally eat the following: Breakfast - Bagel w/ low fat cream cheese or a bowl of cereal Lunch - 5 inch sandwich wrap that consists of a small amount of cheese, letuce, and roast beef, or a salad. Dinner - Cheese and Crackers, Steak, or on rare occasions Take-Out / Burgers / Hot Dogs. Can I lose the weight / fat? Will I lose it before February? Again, thanks for the help. I really appreciate it.

  1. sounds like very good workout. based on your description, you should have no problem losing more than an inch. but how big is the portion of your meals? just remember one simple principle, if you want to lose weight, burn more than what you eat everyday. keep it up!
