Hey guys, thanks in advance. Okay, so I'm aiming for losing about an inch off of my body by February, particularly my belly and chest. So, for more inforamtion: I play soccer for about 20 minutes per day (In Gym class), lift weights and do crunches every other day, and daily I run on an olyptical trainer for 30ish minutes. For meals, I generally eat the following: Breakfast - Bagel w/ low fat cream cheese or a bowl of cereal Lunch - 5 inch sandwich wrap that consists of a small amount of cheese, letuce, and roast beef, or a salad. Dinner - Cheese and Crackers, Steak, or on rare occasions Take-Out / Burgers / Hot Dogs. Can I lose the weight / fat? Will I lose it before February? Again, thanks for the help.
