How long will it take to lose an inch off of my body and arms?
How long will it take someone to lose about an inch of body fat, doing 120 crunches / 40 lb weights (Lat. Pulldowns, Delt Excersizes, bicep curls, leg extensions) every other day and 2 miles (Roughly 15 minutes) on an olyptical trainer daily?
