Lose inches around.... WASTE & BUTT..... 8-(?
What is the best way to lose inches around my waste and butt? I am a 27 inch waste and am looking to lose about 2 inches and I am a 35 inches around my hips/butt. I want to lose at least three inches. What is the best way for me to achieve this goal? p.s. (I am most conserned about my BUTT... everytime I do a butt exercise, it just gets bigger!?)

- Just do cardio, like a treadmill or eliptical. Cardio burns fat without building muscle. Good luck!
- Diet and exercise. If your butt gets bigger when you exercise, then you don't need to lose weight in that particular region ~ you need to gain weight. A 35" muscular butt is much nicer than a 35" flabby butt.
- But you don't need to lose any weight. I mean 35 inches around the hips/butt is small and a 27 inch waist is ideal. It's just completely pointless and I think 32 inches around the butt is just ridiculous, sorry.
- liquid diet. any liquid. No special shakes or anything. Just liquids. And that includes soup. That doesn't mean you can stick doughnuts in the blender. Anything that was a liquid when purchased at the store. I lost 10lbs. in 2 weeks!
- you mean waist? Let me see, I have a 29 inch waist and 38 inch around my hips. I wanna lose some inches around my waist too but it will never happen coz of my hip bone! What I meant is understand your body first and see if it's physically possible without having to remove your hip bone or your ribs to make your waist smaller. Stand infront of a mirror and check your hip bone (not your butt). Make an invisible line across your navel and feel for your hip bone on both sides..(you know, when you're putting your arm on your waist..it's being suppport by the hip bone). So if you have one big-good- for- having-baby hip bone like mine then you can't lose the inches on your waist. However, you can make you tummy flatter by doing abs excercises and your waist will look smaller eventually. Now about your butt. If you have a good perky butt, you SHOULD not be worry. In fact you should be blessed. Men like our perky butts! Your excercises makes it firmer thus you thought it was going bigger. If you have a flat butt that means the hip is big. You can only lose inches as close to the hip bone, nothing more. Be comfortable with your body..try walking around the house naked (make sure no one's watchin) and put more mirrors in it. Hahaha

- In 10 years of research I have never learned of a lasting technique for slimming one particular part of the body. However, the easiest way that I know of to lose weight and get healthier is to eat more raw foods and less cooked. The reason for raw is because heating foods causes part of it to be chemically changed and then once eaten the bosy has a tendency to store these chemicals in the fat tissues. Raw foods naturally have more beneficail nutrints to make you healthier.
