What are some good exercises I can do to firm up or lose inches at my bustline? Lately I've noticed that since I've been intaking soy (I'm lactose intolerant), I seem to have gotten a little bustier. I don't really like it, so I want to lose some inches there. I go to Curves about 3 times a week for circuit training and I also have started doing pushups. Does anyone know any other good exercises or anything else I can do to lose some inches/weight there and to just tone up there? Thanks.

What Exercises to Use and How Long Will it Take to Lose the Inches / Pounds? I'm 18 years old, 5'4" and about 133 lbs. I have some extra meat on the back of my thighs right below my booty that I'd like to get rid of and as quickly as possible. I'm willing to work out as hard as I can and cut down on junk foods, fast foods, etc. I'm not so worried about pounds as I am with inches. What exercises work best to lose inches off thighs? I have been training for almost one year with a trainer. In addition, I do cardio for 20-30 minutes 6 X a week and I weight train twice a week. I eat a very healthy diet and restrict alcohol to once a week. I have lost 20 pounds since September. I am 5'4" and now weigh 130 pounds. I am not obsessed with the number on the scale, I would love to lose inches off my thighs. I don't know what else I can do? I vary my cardio:biking, treadmill and eliptical as well as weight train until my muscle sare fatigued. I now see definition in my arms, back, and upper body as well as developing definition in my stomach, but my thighs are NOT improving. Need help, I would like to set a new goal, but I don't know how to achieve my goal of thinner thighs? Best way to lose inches/fat off your hips? I know you are suppose to lose weight all around and not target certain places. But i was wondering if any exercise would help to lose inches off that area more. Im hopeing to lose at the least 2 inches off that area in 3 weeks. How can someone lose inches without losing weight? ok theres a few girls on my bball team that easily lose weight with exercise alone.... theyre not obese or anything and the practices we have only burn like 3-400 calories because we dont get worked that hard... we only have like 5 minute conditioning..... anyways their clothes are fitting loser and they have noticably lost inches within like 2 weeks.... i know they are eating the same since im with them A LOT!!....what do you think???

I lost about 7kg and my weight now is about 47kg (103lbs) and 1.58 (5'2) I'm 14! I went to a nutritionist and told me that my metabolism is now very slow (only burns 1134) probably because my portions were too small. So now i have to eat more to make it healthy again. But i still need to lose some inches from love handles and hips..=/ They're flabby. So how much should i walk and jog to do it? Can i do it if I'm eating more now? I seem to be gaining some weight i think...even if the food is still healthy. A m odeling agency wants to represent me but my hips are a 36'' and for runway i have to be a 34''. I am going back to the agency in october and i need to be in shape by then. I run 2 miles just about 2 or 3 times a week and i have been doing some yoga on top of that. I also started cutting my eating habits like fast food and candy i dont eat that anymore and i drink lots of water for the most part. What else do you recommend for me to be in tip top shape in october??

I want to lose inches from my lower body, can anyone help me..? Well, my body is weird, if someone looked at my upper body, (waist up to head) he would think I m quite slim.. But the problem is, my lower body is kinda "fat".. It's not really fat I guess, since the shapes of muscles are distinguished; It looks like muscles that have been stretched and relaxed or something. Just my body "design" I suppose.. Now the question is: Is there any exercise or anything that can make you lose inches from butt to ankles? I 'm looking for a way to make me look thinner on the lower part, without making any obvious difference to my chest, etc.. Wouldn't really like to exercise the hell out of my legs and make them look thin and all muscly either.. That would suck for me. Hope there's a solution.. Many thanks!

Best way to lose inches and weight? Been working out regularly since October and have a personal trainer. I plan on asking her this as well but want to get as much feedback as possible. As I lose weight I want to make sure I lose inches in troubled areas and tone up as well as lose weight, for example the stomach. Basically do not want to be a person who loses a lot of weight but still has areas where not much a change occurs and I look disproportionate. I do cardio and light weight training and enjoy power yoga when I can make it to class and have done pillates. If I exercise 5 days a week (usually more like 3 or 4), what would be the best way to exercise? For example, should I only do cardio for 3 days and do light weights and cardio the other 2, do a yoga or pillates class 1 day and full cardio 2, and weights and cardio the other 2? Also, do you know of any exercises which will prevent this from occuring? Thanks

Does anyone know how to lose inches in butt, hips and thighs? Im working at becoming a model, and overall I eat pretty healthy and have a normal matabolism, but I find that the only thing keeping me back from becoming a model is that I need to lose 3 inches in my butt and 2 in my hips and basically tone. Does anyone know foods not to eat, or foods to eat to help also any exercises or things to try? Please help me, I need help and I need to lose this within the next 2 months or so! Oh and I dont want to hear any "you need to become a vegetarian or eat organic foods" comments. Plastic wrap around ur waist to lose inches? A kid in one of my classes told everyone if you put plastic wrap around your waist at night, u'll lose inches? is this true? he said cause it will make you sweat? I'm not big around my waist or stomach but i am not completely flast asd i want to be.
