losing inches off my waist? i have a 31" waist and i wanna lose 3 inches off it, is it possible for me to lose it in 2-3 weeks without losing weight off my bust and butt?
Need help in losing inches off waist??? It seems like i keep yoyoing with my weight, i excerise and drink lots of water..nothing seems to work..pleaseeeeeeeee help. I'm going through a tough time at home with my son and stressed out at work, not sure this has anything to do with it but you never know right. can i lose inches off my waist? or is it my body shape? for as long as i can remember, i've never had a skinny waist even though i am skinny (110lbs and 5'5). i've done ballet practically all my life and abs work twice a week when i was in a PE class but i've always been a 26 inch waist (measuring the skinniest part of my stomach, between my rib cage and belly button). my hips are 33 inches (measured on the hip bone). i was wondering, could i lose 2-3 inches off? i definitly have fat there and i want to get rid of it but i can never seen to get rid of it!

I mean ive lost 24 pounds im kinda happy with being 125 pounds but i would like to shift some inches off the thighs and hips....could i do this with toning exercises and stretches...my programme now is doing 20 minutes jogging every day...75 sit ups and stretching holding the stretch for atleast 1-2 minutes...i eat around 1000 calories a day...do you think the inches will come off eventually... I know that my diet may seem unhealthy to all of you but i just want to know if i will continue to get rid of some more...

How can I lose inches off my waist? I was trying to eat healthy to lose inches off my waist lately, but today, I just couldn't help it... I ate 400 calories worth of chocolate and cookies... I lost an inch off my waist from the beginning, and now it's back to what it used to be... 26 inches. I'm really fat around the waist, but fine everywhere else, and when I don't exercise or eat junk food, it goes straight to my waist. And, yesterday, I just went to a birthday party and had lots of food and cake... losing 7 inches off my waist? i'm in highschool.i'm a junior.college is about a year away. i've got sats, acts,debate team, drama club, leadership, two volunteer jobs and major studying to do to make up for the slacking off idid freshman and sophomore years. sometimes i don't get home till 10:00 at night and when i do, i'm exhausted. i sleep till the very last possible second and am almost completely unwilling to give up my extra ten minutes of sleep to get breakfast.i used to have a pretty good body when i slacked, but now i have no time,i have no money, my parents have no money, and i gained 10 pounds on birth control and an extra ten pounds from eating whatever i can whenever i can. im not allowed to eat in all but 1 of my classes. no money to buy lunch at school.sometimes i only eat one meal a day if that. and it's not usually healthy because healthy food isn't cheap or quick. it's getting out of control. what can i do? i'm not looking for a quick fix, but at this point i'll settle for a liquid diet or somethin it's not so much about looks, but i'm uncomfortable. like i said, i'm not looking for a quick fix, but i literally have no money for anything else. at this point i just want to get rid of it despite whether the way i do it is healthy or not. it's sunday so i was free for about half the day and i went hiking, but 1 day of excersise isn't gonna do. i go to a public school full of rich kids who can all afford gym memberships and such. i can't even afford to play a sport not that i'd have time. the price i pay for slacking off. now i've gotta catch up and it's damn time consuming.

I exceed the height weight standards i i have a 26 inch waist and a 17 inch neck, this puts my BMI at 26%. 2 % over the limit. recruiter is telling me to lose 2 inches off myt waist to make it. any ideas? correction. Will it be possible to lose 2 inches off my waist and hips temporarily? I need to lose 2 inches off of my waist and hip measurments in 1 week so that I can pass a Military tape test that measures body fat percentages. I currently have a 34 inch waist and 44 inch hips, and I need them reduced to 32 and 42 each to pass. I only need a temporary fix, as I have started a normal, actually healthy diet plan, which I know will take some time to get permanent results. Inches off of waist quickly? I want to lose inches off of my waist as quickly as possible. Right now, I'm a size 20 or so, but I want to try to be a size 14 by November, and a size 12 by December. At the moment, I've been walking every day, about a a mile into town and about a mile back. But this doesn't seem to really help, and i've tried it before. Over the summer I walked about five or six miles a day, plus the extra stuff, for a moth straight, however during this time, I went up a size or two instead of losing weight. I don't want to just get thinner, but fit too, this is all preperation for Cross Country next year, and possible Track this spring. Also basketball starting this December. Lately i've also had alot of homework, so it's kinda hard tp get outside and do stuff when I'm loaded with that. And we also don't have a gym near me that I can work in, we have a gazelle fitness thing, but when I was younger, I messed up my knee so that the motion in that hurts it.I need fast easy ways to get in shape My usual breakfast is either a chewy bar or a bowl of cheerios with fat free milk. Lunch is usually a chicken patty or a cup of noodles, school doesn't offer much. Dinner depends. My problem is that I'm allergic to alot of things, so it's hard to find healthier things to eat that we can afford. it also doen't help because, like most kids, I don't like broccoli or anything. plus I'm not such a good cook. I have stopped eating chips and I haven't drunk a soda in over a week, which is a long time compared to before. On Saturday i went off that routine though, but I think I might have worked that off. Homecoming wekend, and with 40+ teenws working until the early hours of the morning requires coffe and pizza... But again, that whole night I was running around campus and working hard, so i think it worked it off... does this help?

What is the fastest way to lose inches off my waist either temp or for good? In my particular branch of military service we have a waist measurement taken. What is the fastest way to lose about an inch, it doesn't have to involve working out and doesn't have to be permanent. If it works for the 1 minute it takes for them to measure my waist then I gain it back over night it's fine. I've heard some people wrap celophane around their abdomens the night before and use preparation H so a rash doens't break out and they lose an inch or more does anyone know if this works or have any other ideas?
losing inches? I'm really more interested in how many inches i lose rather than how much mass i lose. I want to lose 9 inches from my bust, 14 inches off my waist and 12 inches off my hips. This would bring my bust to 39 inches, waist to 30 inches and hips to 42 inches. How long do you think this would take using appropriate exercise and diet? I exercise; I do crunches (everyday), bike ride (3-4 times a week), walk (everyday)..My problem is I am toned everywhere even on my stomach but I have skinny legs. how to lose 2 inches off my waist faster? my body is totally un-purpotioned (im not shure if thats how you spell it). but my hips are about 33-34 inches and my bust is 32-33 and my waist ranges from 25-26 at times. im so sick and tired of finding the prefect jeans to fit my thighs and butt it wont button up because i have a "large waist". how can i lose 4 inches off my waist in about a month? I want to enlist in the military at the beginning of next month but have to lose about 4 inches off my waist beforehand (that's with sucking it in as much as possible).
