how to lose inches off body? i have been exerciseing everyday tae bo 44 min and doing strenth traing with free weights and useing resitence tubs i am drinking 90 ozs of water sleaping 7 hrs and eating whole grain non fat or low fat dairy white meat vegies and fruite 2 snake 3 meals about 3 hrs apart question am i diet right i nead to lose inches and weigt just started any info
can i lose inches off my waist? or is it my body shape? for as long as i can remember, i've never had a skinny waist even though i am skinny (110lbs and 5'5). i've done ballet practically all my life and abs work twice a week when i was in a PE class but i've always been a 26 inch waist (measuring the skinniest part of my stomach, between my rib cage and belly button). my hips are 33 inches (measured on the hip bone). i was wondering, could i lose 2-3 inches off? i definitly have fat there and i want to get rid of it but i can never seen to get rid of it!

Can I lose about an inch off of my body by February with this lifestyle? Hey guys, thanks in advance. Okay, so I'm aiming for losing about an inch off of my body by February, particularly my belly and chest. So, for more inforamtion: I play soccer for about 20 minutes per day (In Gym class), lift weights and do crunches every other day, and daily I run on an olyptical trainer for 30ish minutes. For meals, I generally eat the following: Breakfast - Bagel w/ low fat cream cheese or a bowl of cereal Lunch - 5 inch sandwich wrap that consists of a small amount of cheese, letuce, and roast beef, or a salad. Dinner - Cheese and Crackers, Steak, or on rare occasions Take-Out / Burgers / Hot Dogs. Can I lose the weight / fat? Will I lose it before February? Again, thanks for the help. How to lose inches off my hips? I feel that I have rather big hips. I do not think that I am too too fat, but I certaintly do not see myseslf as skinny. Will it be possible to lose 2 inches off my waist and hips temporarily? I need to lose 2 inches off of my waist and hip measurments in 1 week so that I can pass a Military tape test that measures body fat percentages. how to lose 2 inches off my waist faster? my body is totally un-purpotioned (im not shure if thats how you spell it). but my hips are about 33-34 inches and my bust is 32-33 and my waist ranges from 25-26 at times. im so sick and tired of finding the prefect jeans to fit my thighs and butt it wont button up because i have a "large waist". I want to lose about 2 inches off my waist so i could finally put those jeans on that hug my butt and thighs the right way (and out the loose jeans that are loose on the bottom but snug at the waist).
I need to lose 8 inches off my waist and i need an answer from someone who weight trains.? Out of my goal of 100 pounds i've lost 52 so far, but im really not worried about my weight in pounds anymore, so much as i want to look toned, and to look toned you must have a nice percentage of muscle mass so as to not look squishy. (you can lose all the weight you want but if theres no muscle underneath you'll always look flabby.) keep in mind i want to be toned, I dont plan on going to the extremes of a body builder, i just want to enhance my natural shape.I do cardio, I have a diet of a several small meals /day mainly lean meats and veggies high in protein. I love water, and I incorperate 6 pound dumbels into a small rountine.(i also take a multi-vitamin) What i want to know from those who train their muscles is: Even though i may weigh more than my target goal of 130, if i train my muscles more will I appear to look smaller quicker than if i do more cardio to burn fat? will i lose inches quicker?A girl i know weighs 175, about 5.6, and looks 130, because she weight trains

Is is possible to lose 2 inches off thighs in 2 1/2 weeks? I don't know if this is even possible, but I wanted to see if it was if I completely eat healthy and work out and do weight training as well. I already know all about nutrition and eating right and how there is no "quick fix", but I just wanted to know if i work hard enough, how much I can expect to see come off of my thighs. I know that you can't spot reduce either and you have to lower your body fat percentage all over, but can someone give me a rough estimate? I am also on a cleansing for 3 days.

I lost 9 inches off my waist since the last time my trainer measured me, but I gained 3 inches on my stomach? How does this make any sence? I joined the gym in June, and I decided that I'd get a personal trainer. He's really great. I lost a lot of weight with him. I used to weigh 187 and i'm down to 162. I lost a total of 35 inches throught my body, most of it on my waist. We measured on Saturday, and I was happy to hear that I lost 15 inches in total, but when he measured my waist and stomach (right where the belly button is) he said i gained 3 inches on my stomach??) How is that possible? He said it could be water weight, but 3 inches is a lot of water retention. I don't think it's muscle because I only gained 1 pound of muscle since we last weighed and measured and I doubt it was all in my stomach. I said he measured right above the belly button AND he measured the waistine. They are different parts. and another thing that concerns me is that the fat on my arms is taking forever to come off. I only lost 2 and 1/2 inches since I've lost all this weight...

Slimming Belt and Losing inches.? So I have a treadmill, and I bought a slimming belt, basically just to help my stomach sweat more when I walk, Question is since I am more comfortable with my weight, would this help me lose inches off my stomach, I'm not looking to lose weight anymore, I think I should just worry about toning my body, but I do want to lose some measurements on my waist and stomach. Has anyone tried "the wrap" on their body before? I've been hearing several commercials lately about different companies that have the wrap for your body that will take off 6-20 inches off your body. Has anyone tried these wraps? If so, which one did you try and was it worth the money? How much do they cost anyway? Pre workout meal ? I want to lose some inches off my body.I'm 18 , 5 ft 4" , weigh around 130 lbs.I am planning on going for a morning walk ( everyday for 20 minutes for a start thn gradually add up until I can do 45 minutes , around 6:30 am ). Advice with losing inches, not weight? Well, if I lose weight that would be good, but I need to lose a few inches off my torso and legs. My case is not about looks, but because I need my body to be slim in order to fit in a regular work uniform (most asians are very slim, somewhat skinny, and I'm not). I need to do this in two weeks, and I don't take any pills (like phentermine and stuff like that). Any natural way to do this, any kind of diet I should follow, some sport I should start practising in particular to help me with this? Thanks in advance you guys.
What is the safest rate for an adult to lose inches around the waist? My husband is 32 years old and @225 pounds. He is trying to pass a military body fat taping. He is currently at 41.5 inches around the waist and needs to get down to 39.5 inches. What is a reasonable rate to expect the inches to come off around his waist without adverse health issues? Keep in mind he works out-running, sit-ups, push-ups, etc.
Mineral body wraps - do they work? I had a body wrap and they said I lost 13 inches. Is that for real? Does the inches stay off or is it just temporary water weight lost? I have never been a 10. I am a size 10 but would like to b a 6.? There are different ways to exercise to get the body you want. Different diets out there that will help but how do I know I'm on the right diet & exercising the way I'm supposed to in order to creat the body I want to have. I have always struggled with my weight but never put my mind to get into shape. I can't afford to go to the gym or much else. I would really like to start taking care of myself in a way that I achieve the results I want but just don't know how to do it while in a low budget. I'm eating as healthy as I possibly can & have begun to exercise. I feel like I've lost inches off my waist but I still weight the same. Trying to keep myself on track is harder than I expected. starting a new Job could i possibly continue my weightloss? i start working at my new Job starting next monday, now the Job starts at 6am - 2pm i will be working in the back for recieving so i will be handeling boxes and stuff like that and i will be on my feet at all times. now i walk about 2.5-3.5 miles a day every morning around 9am everyday and well it's the second month since i started walking and i have lost alot of inches off my body and i am really happy, now i won't have time to walk in the morning as i start working at 6am but i was thinking of walking after dinner maybe around 7 pm or so if i'm not to tired, but is it possible that with this Job being at my feet at all times going here and going there placing the merchandise and just lifitng boxes i dont' think that heavy though i could still lose weight?
How do I lose inches around my hips/butt area FAST? All of us have different body types and consequently distribute weight differently. I carry the bulk of my weight only in my butt/thigh area. I am a tall and thin girl, so it has a tendency to make me look off balanced with the rest of my body. I have an incredibly high metabolism and have had no success gaining any upper body weight to really balance it out, but i've had no success trying to slim and tone the lower half either. How do I burn extra skin off of my body? I am 14 1/2, 5'8" and 128 lbs. 2 years ago I was 5'6" and 144lbs. I have definitly lost some body fat, and thinned out a bit. My body mass index is now about 19.7, which I am told is pretty good. My problem is that I still have a lot of skin left over from my baby fat- I can pull up to 2 inches of skin from any part of my torso, which is absolutely gross. It''s also odd that thought from the side I have a flat figure, I have saggy skin (and muscle around my breasts, giving them awful features. I started a low-fat, low-sodium no snack food diet about 3 weeks ago, and have been doing about 30 good push-ups, some abdominal exercising and some upper-body training every day, and though I've gained a bit of muscle, I've lost little fat and skin. What's a solution?

Has anyone heard of a diet called isagenix? A family member of mine has just started this diet. I looked it up online and people claim to have lost alot of weight and inches off their body in as little as 11 days. Usually i dont believe diets like this but it says its a cleansing diet. Cleaning out your system and boosting up your metabolism. It claims to be all natural and healthy for you. I have been thinking of starting this myself but i would like some positive feedback. I am an ex athelete who took a 3 year break due to a brain tumor/brain surgury and am finally feeling better to get back into shape. Thanks everyone! running in place?? im trying to get into running but i dont want to run around outside [dont ask why] and so im running in place. im starting with 10 min a day. ill do that for two days then go up 5 min. and so on until i get to 40 min. i have a few questions tho. 1. were does running take off the most fat on your body? 2. how long does it take for me to see results if i do this plan? 3. is this healthy for a 13 year old girl? 4. and is there anything else i could do to help me lose inches off my hips and thighs?? thank you for all you answers
