Whats a good way to lose inches and weight without feeling deprived of food? It seem every diet I tried I feel deprived in some way, like from chocolate or all the foods I love to eat. Also I feel hungry all the time I drink 4 bottle of water every day and I still feel hungry. I try to exercise about after 5 to 10 mins I feel tired. Is there anything out there that might help me. I still seem to be gaining weight not losing it even with all my efforts. Any advice please.....
What food and exercises do u recomend 4 a teen girl 2 lose some weght and inches off her waist in 10 days? any reasonable healthy solution is welcomed... she eats cereal for breakfast, little or no lunch, a large dinner like steak with potatoes and corn. she always snacking on chips, crackers, candy, chocolate, fruit of any kind, yogurt and salad... she is abouot 95 pound but want to be 85 to fit well into a dress... im asking for a friend... maybe you misunderstood me... i am asking this question for a friend and not myself...
Want to lose inches.Am i doing the right thing?PLEASE HELP!? Hey! Ok, so i lost some weight by eating healthy and walking/jogging. I lost about 7kg and my weight now is about 47kg (103lbs) and 1.58 (5'2) I'm 14! I went to a nutritionist and told me that my metabolism is now very slow (only burns 1134) probably because my portions were too small. So now i have to eat more to make it healthy again. But i still need to lose some inches from love handles and hips..=/ They're flabby. So how much should i walk and jog to do it? Can i do it if I'm eating more now? I seem to be gaining some weight i think...even if the food is still healthy. Please help!what exercise will help me lose inches? also, exercises like jumping rope, climbing stairs can help me to increase my metabolism? Some others that can help? thanks a lot!:)
How can I lose inches off my waist? I was trying to eat healthy to lose inches off my waist lately, but today, I just couldn't help it... I ate 400 calories worth of chocolate and cookies... I lost an inch off my waist from the beginning, and now it's back to what it used to be... 26 inches. I'm really fat around the waist, but fine everywhere else, and when I don't exercise or eat junk food, it goes straight to my waist. And, yesterday, I just went to a birthday party and had lots of food and cake... Now, I feel that I will just get fatter and fatter because it's hard for me to control what I eat and I almost never exercise, with all the homework I have now. I don't weight that much, I'm only like 96 lbs, but I have this big fat waist and I'm only 5'3''. I don't know what to do now, I just can't fit time for exercising, because I have so much school work. And, there's all this junk food laying around the house... chocolate, and lots of it. What is the fastest way to lose inches? I've been excersizing lately and I can tell I'm getting more fit and I've lost a few pounds but I'm pretty much staying where I'm at. Does anyone know how to lose inches in butt, hips and thighs? Im working at becoming a model, and overall I eat pretty healthy and have a normal matabolism, but I find that the only thing keeping me back from becoming a model is that I need to lose 3 inches in my butt and 2 in my hips and basically tone. Does anyone know foods not to eat, or foods to eat to help also any exercises or things to try? Please help me, I need help and I need to lose this within the next 2 months or so! Oh and I dont want to hear any "you need to become a vegetarian or eat organic foods" comments. I have no disrespect for that type of living and im sure it may be healthier, but I like eating meat and eating other things. Other than that please leave any comments or advice! Thank you.

Can I safely lose two inches in my waist within 6 months by dieting and exercise? I am 40 years old, will turn 41 in January. I currently weigh 220 lbs.; 5"10.25 height; waist size is 36.75 inches; and I used to lift weights. I do not lift weights anymore,but I will start once I can run 1.5 miles without stopping. I can run the 1.5 mile in 14 minutes, but I have to stop and walk. As far as my diet, I am not drinking sodas, I drink plenty of water, and as of August, I stopped eating sweets (When I go home for Xmas, I will have to eat mom's chocolate cake), I have not had a drink of alcohol since Feb of last year. I try to limit eating out as much as possible and when I do, I try not eat a lot of fast food. I want to get down to a 34 inch waist. So any suggestions would be appreciated. I want to add, that I do not want to take any type of fat burner or any other exotic pills.

Am I likely to lose weight or inches and get fit on this regime? I have been following a regime set down by a personal trainer for the last 8 weeks (10 week regime). It's the first time I've done anything like this, although I am a regular gym goer for the last 10 years. The regime is 3 times a week, 5 minute strenous warm up on a bike, 20 minutes high intensity on a stepper (increasing intensity up another level every 3 workouts); fast rowing - increasing distance by 100 metres every 3 workouts & attempting to beat previous speeds; various free weights - squats, dumbell rows etc at increasing weights and reps every 3 sessions. I have cut out processed foods and am veggie so don't eat much fat. I only needed to lose 8lbs but so far have lost no weight, fat or inches, and am tired all the time! I am not anaemic or diabetic. Have I been wasting my time? Should I do another 10 week programme? Thanks!
need to lose some inches and tighten up a little by saturday? i know im gonna get the "its not safe answers" but ill just skip over them. im not saying alot of weight and im not saying im gonna lose weight in an unhealthy manner forever, i just have an event to go to on saturday and the outfit i have to wear shows my mid section i was fitted for it a while back (its handmade so i cant return it for another size) and it fits fine its just that since then ive gotten a little lazy and im middle is not as tight as it was (think Britney Spears) so i really wanna just tighten it up for the day you know then ill go back to healthy foods and excerise but as for right now i really dont care how healthy it is. oh and the middle is bear so i can wear anykind control clothing under it ahhhh i know i should have started sooner but i didnt realize try it on again till last night aaahhhh totally sucks
I want to lose some inches on the stomach and tone the upper body. Any suggestions.? Let me describe my situation first. I am 6'1, 175 pounds. I am extremely fit and exercise no less than 5 days a week, sometimes 6-7 days. I don't lift heavy weights because I am a tennis player, but no matter what weight program I ever go on, I never can really increase my muscle mass or tone. Its good exercise yes, but it sucks never seeing anything come from that work externally. I also don't want to lift too much because that descreases flexibility. Secondly, I would like to rid myself of that spare tire. I have an exorbanent appetite. Really I should weigh about 250 pounds for the amount of food I eat. Am I never going to have stomach muscles that pop if I have an appetite like this. To make matters worse, that appetite is a LOT of junk food. My problem is I am a picky eater, so I can't really add in lots of veggies-I only eat carrots, corn, celery and potatoes in the veggie area. Plus I probably go thru 2-3 1 pound bags of candy a week along with a box of popsicles.
how little food must I eat to lose weight?? If I eat healthy food, fruit, veg, wholemeal bread, chicken, fish, I put weight on. If I eat diet food, rice cakes, diet crisps, weightwatchers microwave meals, I lose weight. Surely the healthy food is better but I want to weigh less. I'm 9st 10lbs, 5 foot 4 inches.
What Exercises to Use and How Long Will it Take to Lose the Inches / Pounds? I'm 18 years old, 5'4" and about 133 lbs. I have some extra meat on the back of my thighs right below my booty that I'd like to get rid of and as quickly as possible. How could someone lose 20 pounds, without dropping dress sizes or inches, just from eliminating certain foods? If someone still overeats, and does not exercise, but has eliminated a lot of processed and unhealthy foods, what does it mean, if they've dropped over 20 scale pounds, without dropping clothing sizes or inches, with the exception of 2 inches on the waist, and one inch on the hips? Could that have been water weight and waste? If so, wouldn't that have at least resulted in a smaller clothing size with that much scale weight?

wanting to lose a few inches on off my waist line and eat healthier.? I'm currently a full time college student. I've gained 30 pounds since fall of '07 and went from a size 9 to 13. I’m not trying to lose weight because my appearance concerns me but because I can't afford more pants and need to lose the weight so that I can breathe in them once again. I know my weight gain is due to inactiveness because of all the studying and the sweets that I eat to stay awake in class and gain some energy. Can anybody offer any ideas on how to lose 20 pounds at least? I’ve already quit the sweets and I’m trying to stop drinking soda and coffee. Are there exercises I could do that would target that area and are not too time consuming? Also what foods can I replace from sweets to help me stay focused and alert and please don't say chocolate. I can't really find fruits and vegetables because I go to college downtown and there arn't any fruit markets and they go bad within a few hours if I try to bring some with me. No fridge, no room. Losing inches but not pounds? I've always been eating healthy foods but I need to lose about 20 lbs. I recently stepped up my exercise (within the last 40 days) and have lost some inches but not pounds. I'm not a slave to the scale and I'm glad that my clothes are fitting better even though I'm not losing weight. I'm just wondering what is going on physically...how can be losing stuff but not weight??? What's going on in my body? I'm just trying to figure out the "mechanics" of it all! Anyone who knows anything about exercise physiology can add their two cents! (I'm looking for an actual explanation, not just you're gaining muscle and losing water weight etc).

Losing inches.? I'm 17 years old, 5'4 and weigh about 116-118. I don't want to lose anymore weight, considering that would make me under the average for someone like me. All I'd like to do is lose inches effectively. I do have muscle, I do muscle toning at night (I feel it the next morning, so I know it's working). The problem is, it doesn't show through because of a layer of fat. I'd like to lose merely 1 or 2 inches, but it seems so difficult. I've tried to do cardio at my local gym by riding the bicycle there for about an hour straight and I didn't see or feel any results. I also don't eat fatty foods and I watch my calorie intake and usually stay around 1200-1500 a day. Any advice would be helpful. I'm ready to get rid of this "pudge."
losing inches?? i wanna lose 3 inches off my upper arms, 4 inches off my waist, 2 inches off my chest, 6 inches off my thighs, 5 or 6 off my calves...how can i do this???im in weight training...im 5 7...about..im not gonna mention my weight but i will say that i dont look anywhere NEAR my weight. i look 40 lbs lighter than i am...staying away from sweets isnt that hard.....i have access to a track at school and weights obviously...i can stay away from fried foods too..and eat veggies and stuff like that..drinking soda also isnt a problem....also...im gaining weight yet my clothes are getting a little bigger y is this??? and also..how long would it take me to do this? thanx.
How to lose weight and keep it off? I know - diet and work out. But what kind of diet works best? I am addicted to carbs...I dont think I could go a day without them, I also love salty foods such as chinese food and soups. Im not big on chips and snacky foods like that...so pretty much any diet that I can eat carbs will do. I also used to work out a lot, but I just havent latley. I would be happy to start again, I already have a plan that works for me but I seem to lose inches but not weight. Can someone please help? Im almost 20, 5'6", and weigh around 190 pounds. Will yoga make me lose too much wieght? Im in the process of trying to gain weight because I lost 5 pants sizes in one year due to stress and anxiety. Ive been adding more caleries to my diet, by eating more foods, but healthier foods like soy milk, veggies, fruit, ensures, whey protein shakes, honey nut cherrios w 2% milk, etc. But I also wanna get fit without losing any additional weight. Im thinking about trying yoga for my stress, flexability and strength, Will yoga make me lose inches because my main goal is to gain weight and inches, not lose them...
HELP !! Trying to figure out how much to eat to lose weight? I am trying to lose 20 lbs, i been at it for 3wks with nothing lost. I work out daily burning 500 calories on the treadmill on incline. I eat the right foods no junk drink nothing but water 24/7. Im 5'6 190 a size 14 jeans and 32yrs old. I have been keeping up with my calorie intake and cant get past 900 calories a day, i tried for 1500 the other day and almost died, i just dont have an appetite, plus im stressed from trying to lose wt and dealing with an underactive thyroid which im taking 100mcg of levothy, i been on meds for just a month now. My mom tells me she sees a diff but i dont, i think im losing inches but i want to lose weight. My question can someone who knows how to caluate how much i need to eat help me out?? I want to lose at least 2pds a week. I know i can burn 500 a day from working out thats 3500 for the week and take 500 from what i eat. So how much do i need to eat to prevent this starvation mode my body much be in???? Plus I just got some protein powder to help.
Desire to lose weight and get in shape, advice needed.? 22 year old male, 5'11" .Weights > Jan 06 = 380#s, Jun 06 = 343#s, April 07 = 298#s. Eat less more often, but thats about it. Want to slim down and gain some muscle / strength. Been told a recumbent bike, weights, and pilates might do the trick, but unsure. I seem to lose inches more from shoulders, arms, legs, and my butt. But my chest and gut are still highly jiggly. Although I still need much work all over. I would like to be in the 170# - 200# range. What options does one with goals similar to mine have? Whats the ideal weight for someone my height ? What would be the lowest possible healthy weight attainable since I have some muscle from being close to 400#s? What kind of results can I expect and in what amount of time? What foods are suggested to maximize the effects of my efforts? Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.
