Ideas for a diet please - I have 2 months to lose inches!? I am looking for some ideas for a good diet to try that will help me lose inches (don't care about actual weight, I just need "sidey bits" and thighs to be smaller). I need to fit into my size 10 (uk) jeans by the end of October - is this possible?! Please give me some good ideas for meals, nothing too crazy please, I don't do the shopping in my house and cucumber, tomato and lettuce is about as adventurous as it gets when it comes to salads! Quick and easy meals would be great. Thanks a lot xxx BTW I'm a size 12-ish, nothing seems to fit since I stopped smoking :(
i need to lose weight and lose inches off my waist before school starts i am 14 and need a diet? ok the only problem is i can't go to the gym or buy diet pills so i need a diet that works i love veggies, fruits, and meat. How can I lose inches off my waist when I am on a HIGH CALORIE DIET?? I exercise; I do crunches (everyday), bike ride (3-4 times a week), walk (everyday)..My problem is I am toned everywhere even on my stomach but I have skinny legs. I would like my legs to get toner and stronger so I have been on a high calorie diet for about 10 days now. I am trying to gain 5 lbs of muscle on my legs however in doing this, I have been noticing my waist getting larger not my legs! I don't understand why. Can you help me??Thanks

With proper diet and exercising everyday, how many inches of bellyfat will you lose from your waist in 3-4wks? I've been working out for about 2 months now but still have belly fat since i haven't been doing cardio, only ab workouts such as crunches. I just recently started doing cardio. I have a 27 inch waistline i'd like to go to about 25 inches. Another thing is, my lower abs are flabbier than my upper abs. In the lower part of my abs i'm 29 inches. Is it possible to lose the belly fat to my desired waistline in 3-4 weeks with keeping up my diet and my exercise? I'd like to be 25 inches on my upper and lower abs. thanks in advance
Is this a good diet and workout plan to lose weight and inches fast? I'm trying to lose 20-30 pounds even though thankfully I'm not overweight. I'm normal, but my goal is either a "Supermodel Shape"/"Slim & Slender with a 6-pack!" My cousin lost 20-30 lb. just by eating salad and exercising for two weeks and that's what I'm trying too. Morning: "Nutty Nuggets" wheat & barley cereal with non-fat milk 1 cup of Citrucel (orange powder that you mix with water that helps with irregularity) 2 water bottles Afternoon: homemade salad that contains: lettuce, red & green cabbage strips, almond slices, baby tomatoes, apple bits, snap peas, carrot strips, olives, green grapes *I change a few of the ingredients everyday to change the flavor. 1 cup of Citrucel 2 water bottles When I get hungry (before 7 P.M.) 1 cup of strawberry JELL-O 5 almonds 1 water bottle I workout everyday for 2 hours: 35 min. of Billy's Bootcamp: AB BOOTCAMP 20 min. of Turbo Jam: AB JAM 20 min. of Winsor Pilates: Max. Burn Basics 45 min. of Winsor Pilates: Fat-Burning I don't eat past 7 PM!

Weight gain with inches lost on a diet and exercise program? My wife is on a diet and exercise program. Simple calorie counting along with daily exercise. This week she did Pilates four days and walked until fully out of breath on one. When she measured today she was down or equal inches in all areas. Overall she was down almost two inches. Yet between her doctor's visit on Tuesday and this evening, she's up five pounds!? It just doesn't make sense. Her thighs are a bit swolen due to her period time coming up...could the water gain account for five pounds in four days?

lose weight and inches? i am trying to make an exercise and diet plan that i can stick to as my new years resolution. I want to lose at least 20 pounds and i want to lose inches off of my butt thighs and stomach. I need to do all of this before the summer. Last summer i was really self confident about my body. So far as diet: I have cut down my intake by half (compulsive eater), started drinking more water, eating more vegitables, stopped eating late at night and started having more movements (at least once a day). Any great diet plans to to lose the baby weight? I need to lose some inches, but only around my midsection. I am approximately 10 lbs over weight, but I know it's because of the pregnany (which was a year and a half ago). I can't get rid of it, anyone know of anything that works well? Need to loose the inches in my mid-section. So far the answers I have gotten is "excercise". I just want to clear up that I do walk three nights a week, but I don't have enough time to go to a gym.

How can I lose 4-5 inches off my lower hips? After five months of intense diet and exercise, I've seen great results! However, Im having a difficult time getting results in the lower hip area. While inches are shedding elsewhere, I have only lost three inches total from my lower hips in five months. How do I lose these extra 4-5 inches?? I need to lose 8 inches off my waist and i need an answer from someone who weight trains.? Out of my goal of 100 pounds i've lost 52 so far, but im really not worried about my weight in pounds anymore, so much as i want to look toned, and to look toned you must have a nice percentage of muscle mass so as to not look squishy. (you can lose all the weight you want but if theres no muscle underneath you'll always look flabby.) keep in mind i want to be toned, I dont plan on going to the extremes of a body builder, i just want to enhance my natural shape.I do cardio, I have a diet of a several small meals /day mainly lean meats and veggies high in protein. I love water, and I incorperate 6 pound dumbels into a small rountine.(i also take a multi-vitamin) What i want to know from those who train their muscles is: Even though i may weigh more than my target goal of 130, if i train my muscles more will I appear to look smaller quicker than if i do more cardio to burn fat? will i lose inches quicker?A girl i know weighs 175, about 5.6, and looks 130, because she weight trains
Can I safely lose two inches in my waist within 6 months by dieting and exercise? I am 40 years old, will turn 41 in January. I currently weigh 220 lbs.; 5"10.25 height; waist size is 36.75 inches; and I used to lift weights. I do not lift weights anymore,but I will start once I can run 1.5 miles without stopping. I can run the 1.5 mile in 14 minutes, but I have to stop and walk. As far as my diet, I am not drinking sodas, I drink plenty of water, and as of August, I stopped eating sweets (When I go home for Xmas, I will have to eat mom's chocolate cake), I have not had a drink of alcohol since Feb of last year. I try to limit eating out as much as possible and when I do, I try not eat a lot of fast food. I want to get down to a 34 inch waist. So any suggestions would be appreciated. I want to add, that I do not want to take any type of fat burner or any other exotic pills.
