I am 50yrs old Asian petite lady 5feet tall, 120 lbs and has just the problem fat on belly,lose inches on waist,and saddles area.I have extra bulk fat on my bra line on my back and have folds on that area. Some one tell me the best Exersize ruitine to lose all this fat on these specific areas.I would appreciate any DVD/vidoe which work for just these areas.Also can some one tell me my excersize rutine on daily basis. I just just want to lose fat on these areas,otherwise I am good....thax for any vidoe recomendations and help.
how to lose 3 inches of belly fat? what else can i do? I started a vigorous workout and healthy eating plan on January 2ond to lose 3 inches of fat in my lower stomach. As of today, I have lost 1 inch in my arms and legs, and 1/2 inch in my upper abdominal- so I must be doing SOMETHING right- however, I did not lose anything in my lower stomach (which is the area I have been targeting!). this summer I was 3 inches smaller in my lower stomach area, and everyone has been noticing the recent gain, so I am trying to get back to what I was. I do a lot of cardio each day, along with pilates, yoga and other toning exersizes, and a zillion types of ab exersizes. I use different dvd's and programs to try to keep my workout fresh. I eat healthy throughout each day and have cut-down my deserts from 7 nights a week to approx. 4 nights a week so I wont deprive myself all-together. what else can I be doing to target this area?

Losing Belly Inches, Love Handles, HELP!? I have been overweight all my life, I am 23 now and really started to take care of myself more now. I am 5'8 and weighed 255, but really didn't look 255. Now a days I am running 3 miles a day and riding a stationary bike 9 miles right after. I do weights for about 20 minutes before I do all of my cardio. I am now down to 197 and I feel really good but I still have a gut I guess you would say. How would I go about getting rid of this, I cut my calories and fat intake to lose the weight that I have lose thus far. Lost 5 lbs in 16 days but no inches lost from the belly? After having my baby, i was not able to start exercising immediately. Now after 6 months when i am finally into it, I lost 5 lbs in 16 days! Very Happy about it though. I eat right, keep a eating journal, exercise on the elliptical and do some yoga. I regularly do crunches for my abs and work my obliques as well. Ouch ............my tummy hurt these days. But today when i measured my belly, it was the same. 36 inches:-( My friends say they can see a difference on my face and my legs but why don't I see any diff on my belly!!! :(((

IT WORKS!? ok, this is a quick way to lose inches off your waist get a pair of jeans a size lower than your regular (for example- if you are size. 4 jeans, get size 3) do not wear undies, thongs, whatever underneith. it may take a few minutes on the floor to get the jeans on. anyway, wear them for one hour right below your belly button look in the mirror. you should see a red mark where the jeans were. it should hurt a little. if there is no mark in your skin from wearing smaller jeans, get one size smaller! put the jeans back on. now, take off your shirt, bra, and sports-bra. you should have NOTHING except for those pair of tight jeans on. tie up your hair- it can't get in the way! get on the floor. raise your legs up use your stomach muscles to pull you up those jeans should be adding more pain to your stomach! do 800 crunches, then take a 5 minute break feel your waist-- the jeans should be getting more loose! do 800 more-- then a 5 minute break and feel your stomach your stomach should be hurting pretty bad right now-- you should be sweating in your abdominal area. those jeans should be getting less tighter as you continue double the pain--- next, do 1600 crunches wow. you'll feel the difference by putting your finger between your abs and your jeans!! by now, you should feel NASTY. you should be sweating massively, in serious pain, and smelling pretty bad. don't give up-- you're almost there do 1000 more crunches (thats a total of 4600 crunches) and stop. stretch out. feel those jeans now. do they fit? yes!!! thats a quick way (takes 2-3 hours) to lose a FULL pant size!

Need to lose 5 inches off my stomach (only) SUPER FAST for Military BootCamp, how can I do it?!? BootCamp is coming, I was told to drop 5 inches off my belly FAST. I'm 6'7 and 265, I cut Calories to 1200, Carbs to 70 and Fat Grams to 40. I also walk/run 4 miles twice a day (8 total miles) and drink NO caffeine, only 8 glasses (64 oz.) of water a day......is this OK or too drastic? 58 inches tall. 77 pounds. im looking in to losing belly fat and toning my my belly muscles? normally I do medium-high or high level workout for about 35-40 minutes. this includes doing round offs and cartwheels, jogging around, danceing, and jumping. in addition about every other night ill do 200-25 sit ups and 30-40 knee bent push ups. and im begining to question if thats really enough. how many days a week should I do this, and is 40 minutes enough?
