How can I lose inches around my stomach? I'm 5'7", 175lbs and have a waist size of 35". I want to lose at least 5" to begin with and then improve from there. Although I'm 175lbs I fool people with my size who tends to think i'm around 140-150 lbs. Lose 2 inches of stomach for summer time!? Okay, I used to skinny my belly was flat like 5 inches going from back to stomach. It was cute and it was normal with how skinny my legs and arms are. Then family and everyone said I should gain more. I think I gained a little too much. My belly is 7 inches now and it looks wrong with how skinny the rest of my body is. How do I lose 5 inches off my stomach in 2 months? It's one moth until summer break and my goal is to lose 5 inches off my stomach in two months. Is that even possible? Curl up, Crunches, any tummytoning exercise I can not do, so don't bother. I need to know Cardiovascular exercises I can do. I dont have a whole lot of time for exercising in the morning, maybe 10, 20 minutes, but in the afternoon I have plenty of time. I go to school, so I cannot exercise after lunch, and my gym class is before lunch. PLEASE HELP ME!
About how much weight would I have to lose to get rid of 1 1/2 inches around my stomach? I'm 5'3 and 122 lbs, I've already lost 20 lbs so I feel I'm getting pretty close to my ideal weight. However I feel I still have another 1 1/2 inches around my stomach to lose before it is reasonably flat. Does anyone know about how many pounds it would take to lose that 1 1/2 inches? I've heard that a 10 pound loss is about 1 dress size, is it the same for inches?

Need to lose 5 inches off my stomach (only) SUPER FAST for Military BootCamp, how can I do it?!? BootCamp is coming, I was told to drop 5 inches off my belly FAST. I'm 6'7 and 265, I cut Calories to 1200, Carbs to 70 and Fat Grams to 40. I also walk/run 4 miles twice a day (8 total miles) and drink NO caffeine, only 8 glasses (64 oz.) of water a day......is this OK or too drastic? If there is anything else I should be doing, please advise! I forgot to add that the 8 miles a day is 7 days a week, on top of 40 jumping jacks/40 sit-ups a day (7 days a week as well)
I want to lose some inches on the stomach and tone the upper body. Any suggestions.? Let me describe my situation first. I am 6'1, 175 pounds. I am extremely fit and exercise no less than 5 days a week, sometimes 6-7 days. I don't lift heavy weights because I am a tennis player, but no matter what weight program I ever go on, I never can really increase my muscle mass or tone. Its good exercise yes, but it sucks never seeing anything come from that work externally. I also don't want to lift too much because that descreases flexibility. Secondly, I would like to rid myself of that spare tire. I have an exorbanent appetite. Really I should weigh about 250 pounds for the amount of food I eat. Am I never going to have stomach muscles that pop if I have an appetite like this. To make matters worse, that appetite is a LOT of junk food. My problem is I am a picky eater, so I can't really add in lots of veggies-I only eat carrots, corn, celery and potatoes in the veggie area. Plus I probably go thru 2-3 1 pound bags of candy a week along with a box of popsicles.

How can I lose inches around my waist? Not weight, just inches. I have insanely limited time. When I'm not asleep I'm either too tired to move, busy, or in class. I only get structured exsersize two days a week, and not long. What can I do during my day to lose like three inches around my stomach area? It's not bad, just kinda imbarassing.
