Anyone able to lose inches from hips? If so, please share how you did this. I'm a pear shape and I store fat in my hips. I hope there's another girl with the same problem who has been able to fix it. My waist is 25 inches and my hips are 40 inches. That's not good. My goal is to get them to 34 inches. Everyone says it's almost impossible and I want to know for sure. Thanks for your answers.
How to lose inches off my hips? I feel that I have rather big hips. I do not think that I am too too fat, but I certaintly do not see myseslf as skinny. Does anyone know how to lose inches in butt, hips and thighs? Im working at becoming a model, and overall I eat pretty healthy and have a normal matabolism, but I find that the only thing keeping me back from becoming a model is that I need to lose 3 inches in my butt and 2 in my hips and basically tone. Does anyone know foods not to eat, or foods to eat to help also any exercises or things to try? Please help me, I need help and I need to lose this within the next 2 months or so! Oh and I dont want to hear any "you need to become a vegetarian or eat organic foods" comments. I have no disrespect for that type of living and im sure it may be healthier, but I like eating meat and eating other things. Other than that please leave any comments or advice! Thank you.
Will it be possible to lose 2 inches off my waist and hips temporarily? I need to lose 2 inches off of my waist and hip measurments in 1 week so that I can pass a Military tape test that measures body fat percentages. I currently have a 34 inch waist and 44 inch hips, and I need them reduced to 32 and 42 each to pass. I only need a temporary fix, as I have started a normal, actually healthy diet plan, which I know will take some time to get permanent results. I don't want to do anything exceedingly unhealthy, and I have started drinking at least 4 32oz bottles of water per day, I just can't think of anything else to do.

BY thanksgiving, and it's now late August. I stay home during the day, so work out off/on all day, and am on a Dr. approved 1200 calorie a day diet. can you lose inches off your hips and waist without losing weight? I mean ive lost 24 pounds im kinda happy with being 125 pounds but i would like to shift some inches off the thighs and hips....could i do this with toning exercises and stretches...my programme now is doing 20 minutes jogging every day...75 sit ups and stretching holding the stretch for atleast 1-2 minutes...i eat around 1000 calories a day...do you think the inches will come off eventually... I know that my diet may seem unhealthy to all of you but i just want to know if i will continue to get rid of some more...
HELP! I have to lose inches off my hips and butt in 1 month!!!? I work in New York as a model and need to have a hip/butt measurement of 34, I have a 38. Whats the best cardio excercise to lose inches on my hips?? I have been working out for about 2 months straight now. I've been running alot for cardio, and I can tell my waist is getting smaller, but the fat around my hips isnt!! Which is just making me look more pear-shaped. I want to lose that fat that sits right on your hips....if I continue running, will it eventually come off?? Or is there any other cardio that will guarantee to make that area slimmer??? Im not too fat, I just wanna wear low rise jeans without any "love handles" oozing out... if I buy a bigger size, then the jeans will sag on my butt and thighs......Help!! Thanks
How healthy is it to lose 2 inches off the hips and waist, within a month? Since the beginning of this month, I've started a work-out regimen that includes pilates, yoga, cardio, and some (but not a lot) of weight training. My family has noticed a difference, and so have I. Of my total weight, I've lost 5 pounds. And I lost two inches off my weight and my hips. How healthy is it to lose that much within one month? I'm 5'8", but I think that I lost 2 inches, and only 5 pounds because I gained a bit of muscle weight. I'm sure I lost more fat pounds, but the muscle weighs more than fat.

How do I lose inches around my hips/butt area FAST? All of us have different body types and consequently distribute weight differently. I carry the bulk of my weight only in my butt/thigh area. How can I lose 4-5 inches off my lower hips? After five months of intense diet and exercise, I've seen great results! However, Im having a difficult time getting results in the lower hip area.
