anyway to lose inches fairly quickly? im going shopping for back to school clothes in about two or three weeks. i want to be a few inches thinner by then.. i want to learn a few ways i can accomplish this.can you help? im in a pickle lol i cant seem to stick with anything good.

How much water should I be drinking while taking this? hi, im a 12 year old girl, and i weigh 118 pounds and in 5 feet 2-3 inches. i want to lose weight QUICKLY!? im going to mexico in january, and i am over weight. i look bad in a bathing suit, and i want to lose alot of weight by then so i can look good in a bathing suit. (we will be going to the beach VERY often.) i have tried to eat healthy and excersize, but with excersizing, i make a plan, then the next week i lose track and just stop. and with eating healthy, i can, but then i have cravings and when i have a craving i eat ALOT of bad food. do does anyone have any useful and appropriate tips for a 12 yr. old wanting to lose alot of weight and look trim by the time january comes around? thank you!
help me lose inches around my thighs fast!? I'm 5'6" to 5'7", weigh 58kg, am 18 and am a New Zealand size 8-10, which makes me about a size 6-8 in American sizes. I just have a lot of fat stored up in my thighs and they look a lot heavier than the rest of me. Any diet/ exercise help you can give me would be awesome. Inches off of waist quickly? I want to lose inches off of my waist as quickly as possible. Right now, I'm a size 20 or so, but I want to try to be a size 14 by November, and a size 12 by December. At the moment, I've been walking every day, about a a mile into town and about a mile back. But this doesn't seem to really help, and i've tried it before. Over the summer I walked about five or six miles a day, plus the extra stuff, for a moth straight, however during this time, I went up a size or two instead of losing weight. I don't want to just get thinner, but fit too, this is all preperation for Cross Country next year, and possible Track this spring. Also basketball starting this December. Lately i've also had alot of homework, so it's kinda hard tp get outside and do stuff when I'm loaded with that. And we also don't have a gym near me that I can work in, we have a gazelle fitness thing, but when I was younger, I messed up my knee so that the motion in that hurts it.I need fast easy ways to get in shape My usual breakfast is either a chewy bar or a bowl of cheerios with fat free milk. Lunch is usually a chicken patty or a cup of noodles, school doesn't offer much. Dinner depends. My problem is that I'm allergic to alot of things, so it's hard to find healthier things to eat that we can afford. it also doen't help because, like most kids, I don't like broccoli or anything. plus I'm not such a good cook. I have stopped eating chips and I haven't drunk a soda in over a week, which is a long time compared to before. On Saturday i went off that routine though, but I think I might have worked that off. Homecoming wekend, and with 40+ teenws working until the early hours of the morning requires coffe and pizza... But again, that whole night I was running around campus and working hard, so i think it worked it off... does this help?

How to lose 70-80 pounds reasonably quickly? How long does it take to lose around 70-80 pounds. I am currently 15 years old and weigh between 252 and 260 pounds. I would like to do it in about 8-12 months - is this possible? If so, what do i need to do, i.e. calorie levels, excercise per day. I do go to the gym normally 2 times a week with some weeks going on an extra day too - but due to revision ive only managed to go 3 times in the last 3 weeks. I normally run/jog for 15 mins on the treadmill at 7.5km/hour, then row for 5-10 mins and then cycle for 30-40 mins plus a few extra 5-10 min excercises. Normally I burn around 500-700 calories each time i go to the gym. Can I also build up muscle at the same time? If so how many sets and reps should i be doing with weights and how heavy should the weights be? If it helps, my height is also about 5 foot 11 inches or about 180cm. Idon't want to go on a diet I really want to improve my lifestyle so that when I come off the diet i won't regain the weight. Request more info if needed How Many Calories Should I Be Eating a Day? I want to lose weight this summer... Tips? I'm 5'4" (well almost, lol, about a 1/3 inch off maybe) and 125 pounds. I want to get down to 115 or below before school starts (September) or at least in the beg. of the school year. I've decided to run at least a mile everyday. My goal mile time is 8 min. (I know I'm slow and out of shape), and I timed my mile today after taking things slow and it took me 10 min. What other exercises should I do and what should be calorie intake be? How quickly can expect to lose weight and how quickly can I expect to speed up my mile time. More than losing weight, my main goals this summer are to tone up, get fit, get healthy, and feel good about myself. Trying to lose weight - dancing? Any ideas of dance tunes? I'm 13, 5 foot 10 inches and I weigh 11st 7. I want to get down to 10st 7. I have a BMI of 23 which is good I know but I just have some flab round my stomach and I want to lose that. Anyway, I'm going to dance for about 15-20 minutes each day to dance tunes e.g. the Macarena and the Cha-Cha Slide. And I'm going to eat healthier than before but I'm not going to over-do it and not eat at all - that's just stupid... How long do you think it will take to lose 1st - my Mum says because I'm a teenager I'll lose it quicker than an adult - is this true? Why? Also, can you suggest any other dance tunes (like the ones above that I could dance to and would work off a lot of calories too. Any other suggestions of exercise would be appreciated too.. I have a busy lifestyle because of school and everything so even though I would love to, I can't go swimming everyday and I'm not too keen on running. Best way to lose 10 pounds fast for a 15 year old? I want to lose about 10 pounds as quickly as possible. I am 5' 1/4 of an inch and my weight fluctuates between 110-115 pounds. I have a problem with eating like crap one day, then not eating for two or three days in a row because I feel so guilty about eating the bad food. Losing weight too quickly? I was never "fat", but was starting to get a little gut from a diet that was high in carbs generally and processed sugar specifically. For two weeks I cut out roughly 95% of carbs, eliminating breads and pastas, candy, donuts, sodas and almost all processed sugar (I still put Splenda in my coffee). I eat meat and eggs, veggies and some fruit. I drink whole milk but otherwise avoid dairy. I'm 5 feet 11 inches tall with a small frame, and in the past two weeks I've gone from 176 pounds to 165. Is this weight loss too fast, or is it healthy? My target weight is 150 pounds.

Any great suggestions to help boost my endurance? When I was in high school, I joined a Fitness class. We jogged for 15 minutes everyday, did obstacle courses, weight-training, etc. This class afforded me many opportunities to lose weight. But now that I'm 20 and am out of high school, I only have my elliptical trainer and a few dumbells, and can barely afford going to the YMCA. I want to hit one of my better peaks by the beginning of June. I'm not very overweight - just a few extra inches, but I've lost all of the muscle I made then. My endurance is also horrible. I can barely do 3 minutes on my trainer. My chest feel sore and I can taste blood in the back of my throat (I had bronchitis when I was younger.)
