Does anyone know how to lose inches in butt, hips and thighs? Im working at becoming a model, and overall I eat pretty healthy and have a normal matabolism, but I find that the only thing keeping me back from becoming a model is that I need to lose 3 inches in my butt and 2 in my hips and basically tone. Does anyone know foods not to eat, or foods to eat to help also any exercises or things to try? Please help me, I need help and I need to lose this within the next 2 months or so! Oh and I dont want to hear any "you need to become a vegetarian or eat organic foods" comments. I have no disrespect for that type of living and im sure it may be healthier, but I like eating meat and eating other things. Other than that please leave any comments or advice! Thank you.

HELP! I have to lose inches off my hips and butt in 1 month!!!? I work in New York as a model and need to have a hip/butt measurement of 34, I have a 38. I am a very active person, I eat good, and dance every week. I just finished Cross-Country, andI have no idea what to do. I managed to do it before, but it was very unhealthy. I have no idea how to do it. I don't have much fat, but when i try to lose the weight, I gain muscle...thus adding inches. HELP please, if I dont lose it I don't get paid.

How do I lose inches around my hips/butt area FAST? All of us have different body types and consequently distribute weight differently. I carry the bulk of my weight only in my butt/thigh area. I am a tall and thin girl, so it has a tendency to make me look off balanced with the rest of my body. I have an incredibly high metabolism and have had no success gaining any upper body weight to really balance it out, but i've had no success trying to slim and tone the lower half either. I want to lose inches from my lower body, can anyone help me..? Well, my body is weird, if someone looked at my upper body, (waist up to head) he would think I m quite slim.. But the problem is, my lower body is kinda "fat".. It's not really fat I guess, since the shapes of muscles are distinguished; It looks like muscles that have been stretched and relaxed or something. Just my body "design" I suppose.. Now the question is: Is there any exercise or anything that can make you lose inches from butt to ankles? I 'm looking for a way to make me look thinner on the lower part, without making any obvious difference to my chest, etc.. Wouldn't really like to exercise the hell out of my legs and make them look thin and all muscly either.. That would suck for me. Hope there's a solution.. Many thanks!
I need to lose 2-3 inches from my waist & butt? I've been working out for about 2 weeks now and eating right. I've lost about 1/4-1/2 an inch from my waist & butt too. I've been exercising every day (cardio) either bicycling for power walking for at least 45 minutes or more. I also do some pilates exercises for my waist, crunches, push ups, and other traditional stuff. My waist is currently at 26". How long will it take? Is there a faster way? By the way, I need to make my butt smaller. I know this sounds weird but it needs to be around 34". Any recommendations?

Can I lose inches from my hips/butts/legs in two and a half weeks? Going on vacation Saturday, June 29th. I'm fine with my body for the most part, but is it possible to slim these areas down a bit before I go? I know that for general weight loss, you need cardio, so I was thinking walking 3 miles a day on the treadmill (I hate running!) and a butt/hips video tape.

Lose Weight in Butt and Hips??? Ok...so I know that you can't spot reduce while working out. But I was wondering if anyone knew of a good workout that helped them lose for those areas. I think that the rest of my body is fine I would just like to drop a couple of inches in my butt and hip area. how to lose 2 inches off my waist faster? my body is totally un-purpotioned (im not shure if thats how you spell it). but my hips are about 33-34 inches and my bust is 32-33 and my waist ranges from 25-26 at times. im so sick and tired of finding the prefect jeans to fit my thighs and butt it wont button up because i have a "large waist". Whats the best cardio excercise to lose inches on my hips?? I have been working out for about 2 months straight now. I've been running alot for cardio, and I can tell my waist is getting smaller, but the fat around my hips isnt!! Which is just making me look more pear-shaped. Help to lose 2 inches in 2 weeks? Ok, this is my dilema. I'm in a wedding, actually its my brothers wedding, and i'm the matron of honor. Its on the 8th of Sept. Well, i knew that i had gained some weight, but didn't know that i gained that much. I have been excersizing, but not with very much luck as of late anyway. I have massively cut down my eating, and excersize 2 times a day. I do a total a day of: 200 ab crunches. 200 leg lifts, 200 butt workouts, 200 love handle workouts. And my calorie intake is not very much. I have lost a total of 1 1/2 inches in 4 days. I have 1 1/2 inches left to go. Is there anything else that i could be doing to reach this goal? Losing Inches? I want to lose inches around my waist, thighs and hips/butt and tone my arms up... I don't really care all that much about the weight issue as I know that will happen with the cardio and diet I've got going (I am on the school swim team so I swim around 10 hours a week, and our coach is a nutritionist so we have pretty healthy diets) but I do want to shape up so I will look nicer in some of the formal dresses and the like for prom and for the summer (when it rolls around) I know its early, but it can't hurt to start early to try to prevent the dreaded holiday weight gain. Any suggestions for exercises I can do for these areas?
Desire to lose weight and get in shape, advice needed.? 22 year old male, 5'11" .Weights > Jan 06 = 380#s, Jun 06 = 343#s, April 07 = 298#s. Eat less more often, but thats about it. Want to slim down and gain some muscle / strength. Been told a recumbent bike, weights, and pilates might do the trick, but unsure. I seem to lose inches more from shoulders, arms, legs, and my butt. But my chest and gut are still highly jiggly. Although I still need much work all over. I would like to be in the 170# - 200# range. What options does one with goals similar to mine have? Whats the ideal weight for someone my height ? What would be the lowest possible healthy weight attainable since I have some muscle from being close to 400#s? What kind of results can I expect and in what amount of time? What foods are suggested to maximize the effects of my efforts? Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.
How To Lose Fats???(tummy, thigh and butt area)? I have a 34 inch waist. I weigh AT LEAST 65kg. Height AROUND 160cm. Wanna lose the tummy and thigh fats. I'm the sporty kind of girl. Why I'm fat is because I have a BIG appetite. My main meal is rice with meat and vege(2 to 3 bowls of rice per meal). I eat lunch and dinner. Sometimes I eat breakfast. I was an asthma patient last time. But now it's better. Any exercise that I can work out to lose the fats aroung my waist and thigh? Any diet advice?
